1. Our Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all purchases of the "How to Stop Procrastinating" e-book.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.

2. Refund Conditions

2.1. Time Period

The refund request must be made within 7 days after the purchase date.

Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2.2. How to Request

To request a refund, send an email to:

  • Your full name
  • Email used for the purchase
  • Purchase date (if available)
  • Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)

2.3. No Questions Asked

We don't ask complicated questions. If you request a refund within the time period, we process it.

3. Refund Processing

3.1. Processing Time

After we receive your request, we will process the refund within 2 business days.

3.2. Refund Method

The refund will be made through the same payment method used in the original purchase:

  • If you paid with credit card, the amount will be credited back to the card
  • If you paid via PayPal, the amount will be returned to your PayPal account

The refund is processed through our payment system (Stripe/Payhip).

3.3. Time for Money to Appear

After we process the refund, it may take:

  • 3 to 10 business days to appear on credit card statement (depending on the card issuer)
  • 1 to 3 business days for PayPal accounts

This time depends on your bank or payment processor, not on us.

4. Product Access After Refund

After refund processing, you should no longer use or distribute the e-book.

Although we cannot remove the PDF file you have already downloaded, we expect you to delete it as good practice.

5. Refunds Outside the Time Period

Requests made after 7 days from the purchase will not be accepted, except in exceptional cases (at our discretion).

6. Fraud and Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:

  • Abuse of the refund policy (multiple purchases and returns)
  • Evidence of fraud or violation of Terms of Use
